HIGHLIGHTS
The Positive Pay Service is an automated cheque matching service provided to Public Bank customers. It is an electronic matching system based on the cheque serial number, account number, payee name, cheque date and amount where cheques presented for payment will be 'matched' against cheque information provided by the customer via PBeBank.com.

CLIENT SOFTWARE
The Client Software is developed to facilitate the input of cheque information for customer who issues a high volume of cheques. The information will then be generated according to the Bank's file format. Customers are able to print their input information for checking /reference/filing before uploading through PBeBank.com. This software is compatible with Windows 98 and above only.

DELIVERY METHODS

Corporate customer are to use the Client Software which can be downloaded from PBeBank.com to any drive of your preference. You may then create/input your cheque information using the software before uploading through PBeBank.com available from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm daily (Malaysian time). Files uploaded after the stipulated time will be processed the next day. |

- For Retail/Individual customers and Sole Proprietors, register for the service online through PBeBank.com
- For Corporate customers, register at your Account holding branch by completing the necessary application form. |
