- What is a E-Statement?
It is virtually an identical format as the original paper based statement (in Adobe Acrobat® PDF file format) which you can view or print it out at your discretion.
- Why register for the E-Statement Service ?
Added convenience - access your statements wherever you are simply using an Internet connected computer.
Added confidentiality - E-Statements can only be accessed through your E-Banking account.
Less filing - We keep up to 6 months of your statements online. In addition you can easily save the E-Statements on your computer.
- What are the accounts that I can view with the E-Statement Service ?
The E-Statement function can currently be used to view your Current Account Statements only at this time. Statements for other Accounts will be made available in due course.
- How do I register for the E-Statement Service?
To register for the service just:

Click on "Account Inquiry" |

Under "Statement Request", click on "E-Statement" |

Select your "Account Number", as shown in this screen shot. |

Click on the "Next" button |

Read through the "Terms And Conditions", and click on the "I AGREE" button to accept. |

- Upon successful registration for the E-Statement Service how soon will the paper based statement be converted to E-Statement?
You will receive your first E-Statement on your next statement date.
- Will I still receive the monthly paper based statement(s) after I have registered for E-Statement Service?
Upon successful registration for the E-Statement Service the Bank will cease sending the paper based statement to you.
- How long is the E-Statement availability for viewing?
The E-Statement shall be available for viewing for a period of 6 months.
- Can I stop the E-Statement service if I choose to?
Yes. The E-Statement service can be stopped / deregistered at any time. You will resume receiving your paper based statement from your next statement date onwards.
- Can I view my old paper-based statement as e-Statements?
E-Statements can only be issued after the date of registration for the service. As such, you can only view e-Statements that have been issued after this date.
